Save the Date

Save the date to Shop Small on Small Business Saturday, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This year it’s November 24th. Though, you shouldn’t just save one day out of the entire year to shopping small. I love being a small business owner and supporting even smaller businesses then mine within my own shop. I also love supporting my real neighbors downtown. Range Office Supply is far from expensive. They are cheaper than Target on a lot of their items and if they don’t have it they will research it to find it for you.

I just read a personal review on Grande’s Ace Hardware on Facebook this morning. You can check it out here. Though I’ve always known the folks at Grande’s to be on their game. Again if they don’t have what you’re looking for they will find it for you.

So again this year we are making a tradition. Join us on Saturday, November 24th at 10:30am out front of Andrew’s Cameras located at 410 Chestnut Street for the 2nd annual Bell Toss. This is where bells with coupons attached to them will be launched from their 2nd story window. You want to be there to grab these because they are worth free items, deep discounts at shops downtown, some good the day of, some good until the end of the year. Then while you are downtown checking out the shops there will be a craft show at the former downtown location of Herberger’s at 330 Chestnut Street from 1030-4. Then from 1-4p you can wait at that location for a ride on a free horse drawn sleigh ride to take in the sites.

And if you stop in with us we’ll give you a flyer to our 12 days of Christmas event that kicks off on Cyber Monday (the Monday after Thanksgiving). You can check back here too for more info.
