private event Policy 

When reserving our space for your private event, the fee needs to be paid up front.  In the event you need to cancel please do so 2 weeks in advance.  If less than 2 weeks we won't be able to refund you but will apply your fee to in-store credit that you can use towards purchases, a class, or another private event.

 

Class Policy 

If your plans change we understand.  Though do understand we are excited to teach you or your child as well and put a lot of hard work and preparations into you or your child's experience.  We will allow cancellations with full refunds up to 5 business days before the class. If it is past the 5 days prior we have already purchased the items for the class and will be happy to make these into a kit for you.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy 

Traditionally we've never allowed returns or exchanges.  Why?  Well, when 75% of your inventory is handmade, one-of-a-kind items on consignment it's just simply easier to not allow.  However, we love you, so we are amending our policy.  We will allow returns during the same month the item was purchased, provided it is returned in the same manner in which it was purchased, with price tags still intact and free of any odors.  We will allow exchanges up to 90 days from the date it was purchased provided it is from the same artist and same item but just different size or color and the item you want to exchange is still in the same manner in which it was purchased, with price tags still intact and free of any odors.
